To mark the 25th Anniversary of the Episkopi Garrison Gun Club, it
is intended to hold a 50 bird sporting shoot on Saturday 3rd October 2009 starting at 1.30pm.
With other stands being
available for novices or experienced shooters as well, these include ESK, DTL/ABT and a 5 sport trap layout on our new dedicated,
covered sport trap stand.
It has been confirmed that the Army Target Shooting Club are coming to Cyprus to join us in celebrating the 25th
Anniversay.
The event will be starting on the morning of the 3rd, with a club competition against the ATSC were it is
hoped the club will enter 3 teams of 5. All ex members who able to attend the 25th will also be invited to enter this competition.
The competition will include 25 DTL, 25 ESK and 50 ESP.
In the afternoon, there will be a 50 bird ESP re-entry
layout down in the valley facing the club house, whilst this progress, the Skeet stand will be closed.
For all
members, past and present, the ATSC Team and selected guests, there will be a party on the evening of the 3rd at the club.
There will a selection of curries from the Shalamar in Akrotiri and music. John Penneyston will be running a quiz during the
evening, with the prize being a dinner for two. Chris Osborn will be running the raffle and auction with all proceeds going
to Help The Heroes.
